- Add aim down sight (add keybind in the settings) for Nailgun and Railgun

- Weapon tweaks: increase nailgun damage and ammos ; lower match duration, nerf rocket impulse ; grenades are visually bigger and now explodes 2s after first bounce ; lower self damage from flamethrower
